Paternal Risks and Child Maltreatment Prevention

​This research project focuses on examining fathers' individual and contextual risks of child abuse and neglect and engaging fathers in safe and positive ways to prevent child maltreatment.

Father Engagement and Father-Friendly Interventions 

This research project examined the evidence base of father-friendly parenting interventions, as well as focused on conducting a pilot study of a mobile-based intervention to support fathers enrolled in community-based home visitation programs.

This research project examined the beneficial role of fathers and father-child relationships in young children's development, especially those from families experiencing socioeconomic disadvantages.

Daddy REAds with Me (DREAM) Project

The DREAM Project is a pilot test of a community-based participatory virtual dialogic reading intervention for Black non-Resident fathers and their preschoolers.
