Fatherhood and Child Development in Families with Low Income

This research project examined the beneficial role of fathers and father-child relationships in young children's development, especially those from families experiencing socioeconomic disadvantages. Specifically, studies under this research area focused on studying underlying family processes, with a focus on father involvement, that support children's development and wellbeing, as well as qualitatively understanding the early fathering experiences of men with low income.
