Our Toolkit for Academic Mentoring is developed for early career academics (e.g., post-doctoral fellows, tenure-track faculty) interested in high-quality and inclusive mentoring practices. It aims to provide guidance and strategies to:

- Nurture the next generation of social work scholars
- Build a sense of community among mentees
- Encourage peer learning
- Promote an anti-racist, anti-oppressive, and inclusive lab environment
